Bid Day Banana Bundt Cake

I made this cake to take to work. The recipe called it "the most decadent banana bundt cake ever" and it was. It has a caramel glaze on the bottom (you poke holes in the cake and pour it on before you take it out of the pan) and the icing on top. It was really rich. I don't know how often I will make this one because it was a lot of work!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip

This. Cake. Was. Good. Seriously, this cake was one of the best cakes I've ever had & super easy to make (it's made with a mix & pudding). The recipe called for chocolate chips, but I had a bag of pb chips on hand so I used them. I think that was what made this cake so yummy! If you like chocolate & peanut butter, this is the cake for you! And if you don't like chocolate & peanut butter...I'm afraid we can't be friends anymore!

The Maiden Voyage

I made a lemon bundt cake for the Easter Eggstravaganza. It was the first cake I baked in my new pan and the first time I made a cake from scratch. It is sitting on eddible Easter grass. I thought it was beautiful & delicious! Of course, that's just my opinion! ;)

My friend, Melissa took the photo.

As soon as I figure it out, I will start linking to recipes.

The Pan!

Here is my bundt cake pan. I thought it deserved a post of it's own. It's just a pan....but I am so happy to have it. It's my signature color! Thanks, Mom!

Welcome

I am a wife & mother. I enjoy cooking, baking and trying new recipes. My Mom gave me a bundt cake pan for Easter. I decided to start a blog of bundt cakes...just for fun! I hope you enjoy my "bundt blog" as much as I enjoy baking bundt cakes.
